The following is a list of all of the screens that are available when editing a Person in DB Precision:
- Notes Definition: place to record a note that relates to a specific Person and set it up to display upon certain events. This is a useful way to flag individuals in unique situations, as well as record background information for reference in the future.
- Name Information: where a Person's current name is stored, as well as any prior name history.
- Beneficiary Information: used to indicate the relationship of a Beneficiary to a Person, as well as enter basic information like date of birth and gender.

Historical Dates:
for specifying the dates various employment events have occurred for a given Plan Sponsor and Person.
This includes common milestones like date of employment and date of termination, as well as more person-specific events like date of transfer to part-time status, credited service override date, or date of transfer from an hourly to salaried plan.
A Reported Amount is a unique data item created for this Plan Sponsor which is loaded into the system either from time to time or at regular intervals. Examples include earnings, hours worked, and frozen accrued benefits. Standard data items such as name, sex, address, and retiree benefit information, as well as Historical Dates like date of hire and date of termination are not Reported Amounts.

- Actuarial Valuation Data: for viewing the history of a Person's status from past Valuation Snapshots, as well as accessing their historical Valuation Extract data.
- Archive Detail: for viewing the details of individual archived documents stored for a Person.
