The Notes Definition Screen is a place to record a note that relates to a specific Person and set it up to display upon certain events. This is a useful way to flag individuals in unique situations, as well as record background information for reference in the future. The time and date that the Note Definition is created will automatically be recorded in the Note title.
- Notes Section: place to enter the text of your note.
- Call Center Information: edit this section to record various types of information relevant to communication regarding this Participant. This section includes the options to define the Note Type, Inquiry Type, Worktrack Task, Contact Type, Contact Method, Status, and the Sponsor Contact that the Note is Waiting for. Use the Call Duration section to record the time that a phone call has taken.
The Jump to selection allows the note taker to make changes to the Participant's Basic Information, Name Information, Address Information, or Beneficiary Information without closing the Note Definition Screen or interrupting the Call Duration timer.
- Portal Access: use these checkboxes to allow the Person Note to appear on the Internet Portal for Sponsor Contacts and/or this Person.
- Events Triggering Note Display: select which of the following events will cause this note to pop-up on the screen for display. Multiple selections are possible, as well as none.
- Person Open: by checking this box, the note will display each time this Person is opened.
- Person Calculation: by checking this box, the note will pop-up when you go to run a calculation for this Person on the system.
- Internet Portal Participant Login: a check here indicates the note will display on the web when this Person logs in.
- Internet Portal Sponsor Participant Open: a check here indicates the note will pop-up on the web when a Sponsor Contact opens this Person.
- Internet Portal Participant Calculation: check this box to have the note display when this Person runs a calculation on the web.
- Internet Portal Sponsor Calculation: check this box to have the note pop-up when a Sponsor Contact runs a calculation for this Person on the web.
