The Address Screen is for entering a Person's current mailing address, phone numbers, and email.

• Mailing Address: use these fields to enter the current mailing address.
  
  The blue Lookup button can be used to find the two-letter state/province code.
  
  Use the Date mailing address was last updated field to enter the date the address was last changed. This is helpful when updating address information because it tells you how current the data is that is stored. If this field is not being used, the Unknown box should be checked.
• Phone: day and evening phone number are stored here.
• Email: for recording a Person's email address.
• Unable to Locate / Bad Address: if applicable, you can use this area to indicate that you are unable to locate this Person. Simply check the box and enter the applicable date.
