The General screen contains general format settings and the ability to change various headers.
Screen Items
Portal Header Items:
fill these fields with any information that you would like to have displayed on the portal header.
Please note that due to file specifications, PensionSoft will create the files you need for your Logo and/or Banners.
To have PensionSoft create a file for you to attach to your portal, please send a .png file with transparency or at least 400 in pixel height to support@pensionsoft.com.
Default Page Displayed After First Login: use these drop-down menus to choose the screen that will display first after Participants or Sponsor Contacts log in.
Documents View/Upload: grant accessibility permission to Participants/Sponsor Contacts to upload and/or view documents on the portal.
Participant Electronic Consent: turn on required or optional notifications for Participant Electronic Consent.
Page Description Headers: if you would like to add a custom header to any portal screens, you may do so in these text boxes.
