The Portal Data Changes Screen displays a list of all changes made within the Internet Portal for the Plan Sponsor. For each data change, the Recorded Transactions list displays information such as the SSN of the affected Participant, details of the change made, the Portal ID used to make the change, and more.

• Transaction Date Filter: select start and end dates to show all Portal Data Changes made between those dates.
• User Type Filter: select whether to show changes made by a Participant, Sponsor Contact, Administrator, or any User.
• Transaction Types Filter: check the boxes of the type(s) of Data Changes that you would like to display.
• Apply: use the Apply button to update the Recorded Transactions list using the selected filters.
• Export: click the Export button to generate an Excel spreadsheet of the listing results.
