The Home Tab of the Ribbon contains the following items:

• Clipboard - Paste: pastes the item from the clipboard onto the currently selected item.
• Clipboard - Cut: cuts the currently selected item into the clipboard.
• Clipboard - Copy: copies the currently selected item into the clipboard.
• Add: adds a new item of the currently selected type of item.
• Delete: deletes the currently selected item.
• Add Folder: adds a folder or sub-folder to the currently selected item type.
• Start Wizard: opens the Existing Plan Wizard screen for the currently opened Plan.
• Rename: renames the currently selected item.
• Validate Item: displays validation errors for the current item. This is most typically run for Person Validation, but can also be run for Sponsor Validation, to display warnings such as missing information for Sponsor Contacts, or for User Validation or User Group Validation.
• Calculate: Opens the Calculate screen for the currently selected Person.
• Export: Opens the Export screen for the currently selected Person or Plan.
• Expand All: expands all items for the currently selected tree branch.
• Collapse All: collapses all items for the currently selected tree branch.
• View: displays properties of the currently selected item.
• Find: allows the user to do a search for an item within the Plan. The Replace functionality has been removed from DB Precision.
• Cancel Process: if there is a process that is currently running, pressing this button will stop that process. The system may take a moment to do this.
• Default Folder: if there is a default folder defined for the Sponsor of the currently selected tab, pressing this button will open that folder within Windows File Explorer.
• Swap Sponsor/Plan: allows a user to quickly toggle between the Sponsor and Plan for the currently active tab. If there is more than one plan, this item will not become active until you have toggled from one plan to the Sponsor.
