Before enabling the portal there are several things that you first confirm for the plan sponsor.
- Benefit Calculations: these should be checked under multiple scenarios: early retirement, late retirement, breaks-in-service, special benefits for certain groups.
- Participant Data: this should be reviewed to make sure that there are no estimated elements, or items that your customer should not be able to access.
- Working Exports: each plan should have working exports that handle different calculations without manipulation. If necessary, documents should have macros that do anything that may have previously been done manually (such as hiding/showing pages).
