The Reported Amount Portal Settings screen allows the user to specify permissions and display settings on the Internet Portal for this Reported Amount.
- Access: choose whether the Participants and Sponsor Contacts have no access, view only access, or edit access to the Reported Amount on the Internet Portal.
- Show Comments: check this box if Reported Amount comments should be able to viewed/editable (if applicable) on the portal.
- Show Dates Received: check this box if Reported Amount dates received should be able to viewed/editable (if applicable) on the portal.
- Display As: enter the name to be used for this Reported Amount in the display on the web portal.
- Display no more than "x" amounts: check this box if you wish to limit the amount of history for this Reported Amount displayed on the web. If checked, then also enter the number of historical amounts to display.
- Do not display in Amount Summary/Print Data screens: check this box if amounts should not be displayed in the portal's Reported Amount Summary or print screen displays.
