Contracts
The Contracts Screen is used to enter information for employer contracts within a multiemployer Sponsor.
Screen Items
  • Mapping of Contract Codes and Names: displays contract names and codes for all contracts in the multiemployer set.

    • Contract ID: numeric identifiers of contracts.
    • Name: full name that identifies contract found on list.
    • Shortened Name: optional shortened version of contract name.
  • Add: plus-sign button that creates an additional contract on the list.
  • Delete: minus-sign button that removes selected contract from list.
  • Excel: creates an Excel spreadsheet of contract and code list.
  • Delete All: deletes all contract mappings. Close dialog box without saving to undo.
  • Import: initiate the process of bringing in contract information for a given sponsor. Files uploaded must be a .csv file with two columns: contract name and code.
