Sponsor Contact
The Sponsor Contact screens are used to enter information such as name and address for contacts of a Plan Sponsor.
Main Screen Items
  • Basic Information: use the fields here to enter the contact's name information, including first, middle, and last name, as well as any applicable prefix or suffix. Fields are also available to enter a salutation and job title, as well as indicate whether the contact is the Plan Administrator. Note that there can only be one Plan Administrator for a non-governmental Plan Sponsor.

    Salutation is the name commonly used to address the contact in written correspondence. For example, if the contact is “Mr. Jonathan Doe” but you use "Dear John:" to address letters to him, the salutation "John" should be entered here.
  • Address Information: use the fields here to enter the contact's address for either mailing, overnight delivery or both. Use the buttons at the top to toggle between the Regular Mailing Address or Overnight Mailing Address sections. For either, enter street, city/town, state/province (two letter code), zip/postal code (five plus four digit code), and country/region.

    Note that if no country is indicated, the system will assume that the address is the United States. This information is only required for addresses outside the United States.
  • Phone/Email: use the fields here to specify the contact's phone number, fax number, and email address.
  • Worktrack Task Access: check the Worktrack Access box if the Plan Sponsor is using DB Precision's Worktrack functionality and this contact should have access to Worktrack.

    Check the following additional boxes as applicable to identify specific permissions for this contact within Worktrack:

    • Email on task creation/completion, on/off hold, new comment: indicates that this contact should receive emails when Worktrack tasks are updated.
    • Contact can put tasks on/off hold: gives permission to move tasks on and off hold.
    • Contact can cancel tasks: provides the ability to cancel tasks.
    • Contact can edit tasks: provides the authority to edit tasks.
  • Multiemployer Information: area to indicate the employer name for the contact if applicable.
Portal Screen Items
  • Limit web access to people with: check this box to identify a subgroup of Plan Sponsor contacts with Sponsor level access on the web portal. Identify the applicable subgroup using a xxx field.
  • Suppress all Participant data edit access on the portal: overrides any edit access defined within the Plan Sponsor's portal settings to eliminate any ability for this contact to edit participant data.
  • Portal Access:allows for the specification of access to certain portal features and pages.
  • Document Upload Notifications:indicates whether sponsor contact should get notified upon document upload.
  • Benefit Payment Service Provider:area to specify login information for Benefit Payment Service Provider such as PenChecks.
