The Sponsor Change Log Screen displays all coding and data activity for the entire Plan Sponsor.

• Recorded Changes List: list showing each change made to the Plan Sponsor, including the prior and new values.
• Transaction Dates Filter: are to filter items to display in the transactions list based on start and stop date.
• User ID Filter: use this dropdown to only show changes made by a particular user.
• Items to Show: select the specific item category for which changes will be displayed.
