The Sponsor Archive Detail Screen is used to make changes to a Sponsor Archive.
- Description: space to provide a description for this archive.
- Archive Type: choose from the list the category which best described this archive. If none of the items from the list are a good match, choose Unknown/Other.
- Document Owner: space to specify who is the owner of the archived document.
- Plan Number: choose which plan number this document is applicable.
- Internet Portal Access - Person: check either/both of the Person - Documents and Person - Quick Links check boxes to make this Archive available to Participants on the corresponding screens of the Portal.
- Internet Portal Access - Sponsor: check either/both of the Sponsor - Documents and Sponsor - Quick Links check boxes to make this Archive available to Participants on the corresponding screens of the Portal.
- Menu Title and Tooltip: enter a title for the Quick Link and a help description that will appear when hovering over the link for this Archive.
- Limit Internet Portal Access: to limit access to this document to specific groups of participants (based upon any Reported Amount in the Location Code category), check this box and then define which participants can access this document.
- Limit Sponsor Contact Access: enter the Employer/Group IDs of any sponsor contacts who should have access to the document seperated by a comma.
- Documents List: list showing all of the documents stored under this archive. To add a new document, press the Add button and double-click into the newly created document. To delete a document, select the document that you want to delete and press the delete button. To edit a document, double-click into that document. Please note that only the first document added to an Archive will be available on the portal if the Archive is enabled on the portal. Portal-enabled archives should only have one document per archive.
- View Button: press this button to open/view the selected document.
- Restore Button: press this button to restore the file from the database.
