• PaymentFormName: name of the Payment Form Definition.
• AgeFrom: participant age at start of accumulation period.
• AgeTo: participant age at end of accumulation period.
• CalcType: choose from the following options:
  • 0: use ratio of Nx
  • 1: mortality, but interest-only during the accumulation period.
• InterestRates: (optional) leave 0 unless overriding the interest rate specified in Actuarial Equivalence Definition. (enter 0.07 for 7% for example)
• CalcYear: (optional) enter this as a 4-digit year.
