The Worktrack Report button allows users to generate an Excel spreadsheet with information on all Worktrack Tasks for the selected Sponsor. The spreadsheet will include information such as Person and Sponsor Name, Task Type, Last/Next Actions, and more.
- Filters
- Task Status: select which Worktrack Tasks will be included in the report based on their current status, such as Active tasks or Completed tasks.
- Billing Status: if desired, filter Worktrack Tasks based on their Billing Status.
- Apply start date limits: check the box to set limits on the start dates of the Worktrack Tasks to be included in the report.
- Report Options
- Display latest Worktrack comment: choose to enable or disable latest comments from being included in the report.
- Display step completion dates: choose to enable or disable completion dates for individual steps from being included in the report.
- Display short task description choose to enable or disable the short description of the steps from being included in the report.
- Display task Progress Percentage: choose to enable or disable percentage of task completion progress from being included in the report.
- Only display next action if logged in user can complete: if this box is checked, the Next Action column of the Report will be blank unless the current user is able to complete it.
