Worktrack Detail can be accessed by double-clicking on a particular Task on a Worktrack List. There are multiple tabs that can be used to configure each Worktrack Item.

Steps: screen that shows the steps involved in each Worktrack, and whether or not they are completed. Details are listed in the table for each task. Additionally, there is a Possible Actions: drop-down box that includes the following options:
- Complete Task: clicking Apply will complete the Step that is highlighted.
- Authorize Task (if applicable): clicking Apply will authorize the Step that is highlighted.
- Add Comment: use this option to insert a comment that can be viewed from the Portal by any person working on the Worktrack Item. Clicking Apply will add the comment.
- Put on Hold: use this option to place a Worktrack Item on hold by clicking Apply. You may choose to take the Item off hold at any time using the same screen.
- Cancel Task: use this option to cancel the Worktrack Item. This can not be undone.
- Basic: screen with multiple items that can be changed to customize the Worktrack Item, including Task Details, Estimated Completion Date, Billing Information, and more. Changing these attributes will be reflected upon save across the Portal and DB Precision.
- Parameters: screen that allows the user to input Calculation Information and Beneficiary Information, including current/previous marriage dates. Choose the Calculation Dates desired for calculations within the Worktrack Task. The Salary Scale box can be used to indicate the desired rate of yearly salary increase. The Account Return Rate will do the same, with yearly rate of return for the employee Account.
- Contact: allows the user to input contact information for the participant that is the focus of the Worktrack Item. There is a Lookup button to find the appropriate abbreviation for the State that the participant lives in.
- History: displays a transaction history for the Worktrack Item. You may choose to delete an item from the history using the "-" button on the right, or add an item using the "+" button. You may also choose to change ownership or timing aspects of the transaction as well, using the field on the bottom left.
- Archive: this screen allows the user to attach items, such as previous documents, to the Worktrack Item, for other users to view.
- Forms: this screen allows the user to view forms generated during the Worktrack Task.
