serviceAnniv, and
servicePlanYear using the following attributes:
- servicePart:
- Elapsed time Service Type
- Add an eligibility provision with the following three Age/Service/Points requirements:
- serviceDOH:
- Elapsed time Service Type
- serviceAnniv:
- 1,000 hour rule
- Reporting Periods must be set to "Occur on eligibility anniversary".
- servicePlanYear:
- 1,000 hour rule
- Reporting Periods must be set to "Occur at regular intervals" using the appropriate plan year.
