Select Safari and then Preferences... from the Safari menu
Select Websites on the top toolbar and then choose Pop-up Windows on the left menu.
Choose "https://www.mypensionbenefit.com" from the list and then select Allow from the menu on the right side of the list.
Close the preferences screen and then press the OK button at the bottom right of this screen to confirm that you have properly disabled the popup blocker (you may need to press this twice).
