Ongoing User Maintenance

Ongoing user maintenance involves periodically creating new user IDs for new portal users. This is typically done with each valuation cycle once per year but sometimes is done more frequently (such as if payroll feeds are supplied more frequently resulting in new potential users).

To create new users, open the plan sponsor, select Tools - Manage Portal Security, and then press the fill button to generate new registration numbers or new User IDs/passwords for those who do not yet have one.
