The Plan Freeze Wizard screen can be used to automate the process of freezing a plan.

• Freeze Date: type or choose the date that the plan is frozen.
• Set Benefit Amounts to Reported Amount: choose this option if the frozen benefit amounts have already been calculated and are stored as an existing Reported Amount.
• Add Lump Sum Option to Plan: check this box if a lump sum option was added to the plan as part of the freeze.
• Items to Freeze: choose which items to freeze (service and average earnings are the available options).
