The Match Report function is used to analyze one or more files being imported to see whether there are any people that were on a previous valuation snapshot that were not included in any of the files for the current valuation.

• Files to Analyze: list showing all of the files that need to be analyzed. To add a new file to this list, press the "+" button. To remove a file, select it and then press the "-" button.
• Only check Partcipants with the following prior-year status: area to specify categories of Participants from a previous snapshot to check for their presence in the selected file(s).
• Prior Snapshot/Run: select the prior snapshot to be checked against.
• Reported Amount (for display): if desired, select a Reported Amount to include on the Match Results listing.
