The Term Vested Due Payment Screen is used to create a listing showing terminated vested participants with benefit payments due to be paid.

• Plan Number: select the plan number to use when running this report.
• Effective Date: provide a date as of which this report should be run.
• Payment age if start date is unknown: space to indicate an age that payments are due to be paid if a participant's payment start date is unknown in DB Precision.
• Encrypt Social Security Numbers: check this box to encrypt social security numbers displayed on report output.
• View Results in Excel: check this box if the created report should also be created in Excel.
